The first English booklet about the use of the Thomas de Colmar’s arithmometer. The booklet is not from the early, pre-commercial, production of Thomas but it illustres the arithmometer model said “T1860A”.
Furthermore, according with a research on the “library” of the website of Valéry Monnier and on worldcat, this “Instruction” is the fourth published after a first in 1852, in second in 1856, a third in 1860. This is the only one in English language. Despite that the spine of the original wrappers is cut but the two covers complete, the inside is clean and well preserved.
