Large drawing signed for the patent of a "clyso-injecteur" or "clyso-pompe", stamp partially manuscript of the Secrétaire générale du Ministère du Commerce et de l'Industrie, 17 July1850. Mention of "Duplicate" and dry stamp of the Ministère du Commerce et de l'Industrie.
On 14 March 1850, Pierre Lerouge, grocer, and Guillaume-Auguste Schuckhardt, tinsmith, in Paris, filed a 15-year patent for the invention of a new clysopump, entitled "clyso-injector, with its various modifications".
This clyso-injector is a mechanical device for women but also men for the administration of intimate enemas. On 17 July 1850, they filed an addendum which included this drawing by Lerouge. Item #3894
